On June 29th at 7:30 PM, the Dragon-City Youth Choir of Liu Jian Art will join forces with the Philadelphia Boys Choir for a dazzling performance at the Changzhou Grand Theatre!
This event marks the Changzhou stop of the Philadelphia Boys Choir's China tour. As the most professional choir in Changzhou, our Dragon-City Youth Choir has been warmly invited by the Philadelphia Boys Choir to deliver a high-level choral experience for the audience, showcasing both domestic and international excellence.

The concert kicked off with a powerful impact, with the Liu Jian Art- Magic Finger young pianists, sisters Ge Hongyu and Wang Keran, joining the event. They performed a four-hand piano duet of "Chit-Chat Polka." Their synchronized playing and nimble fingers danced rapidly and forcefully over the keys, and once the piece ended, the applause and cheers were unending, instantly igniting the passion of the entire audience!

▲In June 2013, our Dragon-City Youth Choir performed "The Sea, My Hometown" alongside the Tucson Choir from Arizona, USA.

The highlight of the concert was the first piece performed in the second half, where the young singers from the Liu Jian Art Dragon-City Youth Choir, dressed in naval choir uniforms, took the stage with the Philadelphia Boys Choir. Together, they performed "Song and Smile" and "A Song for Everyone." The blend of the pure, innocent voices from the East and the beautiful singing from the West created a moment of captivating harmony that instantly electrified the audience. Cheers and thunderous applause continued unabated, showcasing the audience’s high praise for the performance by both the Dragon-City Youth Choir and the Philadelphia Boys Choir!

After the concert, the singers from the Philadelphia Boys Choir warmly and enthusiastically posed for photos with the audience. We thank the Philadelphia Boys Choir for delivering such a spectacular artistic experience to the Chinese audience, and we sincerely look forward to the next meeting and performance!
